My room was great-sized & tastefully decorated with a lovely terrace and balcony, as example. Having dryers, bathrobes, and shower caps was a bonus. The location was good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Wat Mahathat Yuwaratrangsarit...

Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. We stayed on fifth floor in quiet room, near the lovely rooftop swimming pool. Nice and clean room. Use of internet (Wifi in room) was free of charge. Buffet breakfast (in downstairs Irish Pub) was fantastic (Thai and "Western" food).
Temperature of airconditioning could not be adjusted (or we could not find out how to make it work) and was too cold.

The Hotel is too noisy because of the Mulligan's pub which is owns by the same owner of Buddy !!! Don't pay the normal price, you would feel ripped off and don't choose the rooms which are oriented to Mulligan'S. In addition, the breakfast is not good.

I enjoyed the charming decor and rooftop pool to cool off. The maid kept my room spotless and attentive to my needs, though I heard noise from the street at night.

The room was great-sized and nicely furnished with balcony, free Wi-Fi. The management was super-friendly and extremely accommodating, as well as the staff. Booked the hotel for its particularly good and incredible location close enough to all the night life in that area.

Spotless hotel, Perfect if you want to spend an extra few quid for abreally nice room for the night. Expensive compared to other shops on the khao San but it a nice hotel.
Lost my room key and had to pay 200 bat for a new one. Joke shop as it's just a key card, but I wasn't bothered arguing. Breakfast is middle of the road.

Excellent location without the noise. The room was in good condition and the coconut cocktails by the pool was a great way to end a day.
There is no restaurant and the pool/bar closes early although many places to eat and drink are just downstairs! It would be good if the hotel offered an airport pick up service.

Great spot for night owls!
Staying here was perfect if you're into the nightlife! The pool's bar on the roof is so chill for cooling off after hitting the town. My room was super clean, and the staff, especially Steve, were really helpful. Just keep in mind that the noise from Khao San Road can be a real bother if you're looking for sleep!

Location on Khao San Road was central and very good if you don't mind the background noise! Nice little rooftop pool good to get rid of daytime heat! Muay Thai gym with professional trainers and the gym wasn't too bad!

Location, roof swimming pool , decor of the rooms and excellent buffet breakfast in irish pub.
Restricted access after 4 pm. It has seen better days , shame it has not been better maintained. Little things, such as towels at the pool area have long passed their sale by date. This what makes a difference between rating and because of that I would give it a 2 star rather than 3 star rating. Fixing it is not expensive and could make the hotel a charming oasis!

The room was large and very clean and an excellent price. The pool was great and not too busy - we had it all to ourselves both days we swam. Good location as we could walk to the Grand Palace and some other tourist spots. Plenty of cheap and delicious food in the area as well.
I did not realise when booking that there is a nightclub with karaoke until 3am right above the hotel. This wasn't terrible but I wish I had known and I have to say it's the one thing I didn't like about the hotel.
